Hoyt Arboretum Engagement Photography
In this line of work, I meet so many amazingly sweet couples and hear so many love stories. Jess and Dan shared with me a bit about how they met, and I instantly fell in love with them. And the feeling only grew during their Hoyt Arboretum engagement photography session. First, let’s hear it from them:
“A couple years ago, career focused Jess took to online dating in hopes of finding the perfect travel companion to accompany her on work trips abroad. Medical student, Dan, somehow found time in his busy schedule to apply for the position and an in person interview (first date) was quickly scheduled. Dan aced the interview, landed the job, and the two traveled to a few beautiful countries in Europe and Asia. Through their travels, Dan and Jess quickly realized THEY were each other’s favorite adventure.” – Jess + Dan’s wedding website
The cutest introduction ever! After wedding date changes and several engagement session travel plans, these two adventure seekers decided on the Hoyt Arboretum in Portland for their engagement session. And it was absolutely perfect. We wandered through trees, chatted wedding plans, and showed them around a Portland park that is one of favorite places in Oregon. In conclusion, we had such a great time showing off this beautiful area to them for the first time.
