This past year has been difficult for everyone, but I am so thankful for our essential workers who have been keeping everyone going. Jesse and Zoey are a teacher and nurse, respectively, and they are just the SWEETEST couple to be around. Unfortunately due to COVID, they’ve had to reschedule their upcoming wedding multiple times, but finally landed on an intimate elopement in mid July (which I’m totally stoked to also capture for them!). We decided to do some Laurelhurst Park engagement photography since this park is close to their original wedding venue and just so stunning.
These two sweethearts met on Bumble, despite usually being against dating apps. But if you ask them now, they both agree that the universe must really have wanted them to meet. And the universe was right since this all started 5 years ago and now have been inseparable ever since! Did I mention they co-parent a furbaby too?! We definitely connected on that dog parent level while we were hanging out and exploring Laurelhurst Park. There really is nothing more romantic than a walk in the park during the springtime. I can’t wait to celebrate their long awaited elopement later this year!
Ready to start planning your own autumn engagement session? Let’s chat! I promise to make you feel like a couple of models no matter how much you’ve been in front of the camera.
